Tamarind Linguists' Forum: Nairobi, Kenya; Tamarind Translations Nairobi has a team of over 900 translators in a global network. Since 2008, we have recruited over 80 translators and interpreters based in Nairobi and the East African Region, adding them to our global network. Tamarind Linguists' Forum was created in March 2009, as professional peer group for the local team members to promote interaction, online exchanges, and occasional physical meetings. The goal is to enhance the professional standing of participants, and by so doing promote the development of the profession and industry.
